What makes Supercharged so super? I would love to tell you that we are the best sound guys on the planet and that nobody can set up equipment as well or sing as well as us, but I would be full of it. Supercharged has super equipment from our digital karaoke and DJ tracks that will never skip to the best speakers we can buy, and every other piece we use. So why would we post it here on the net for everyone to see what we use?? Basicly anyone could easly come to our shows and see what we use anyways, but most will still never go to the expence we have to be the best.This listing is to help potential customers see what they get with Supercharged, and to educate local singers as to why they should come sing with us. We wont list every little piece here, just the main pieces that set us appart from the crowd. All the logos are linked .


We use the Mackie PPM808s or PPM406M powered mixers for all of our karaoke shows. There is no other powered mixer on the market that can deliver the clean tones that the Mackie does, or the true 1200 watts of power that the 808S does. we believe that when it comes to powered mixers thre are two groups. There is Mackie, and there is everything else.


ALL Supercharged shows Use microphones made by Shure. there are lots of high dollar microphones on the market but the fact remains that more profeshonal singers around the world use microphones made by shure than any other company. these are people who can have any microphone they want. Singers, how many times have you gone to a show where the music sounded ok, but the vocals sounded like you were singing through a tin can telephone?? You will NOT have that problem at Supercharged karaoke!! the shure sm58 is our first choice in microphones. We even have a couple of them that we bought used from a large sound company that have ben used by some of your favorite national acts!! How cool is that?

When it comes to loudspeaker systems there are few choices that give the quality sound that we INSIST on. suprcharged uses only top grade drivers in ALL of our speakers, from the small 12" speakers we use for really compact shows to the HUGE 18" drivers in our DJ and band systems. the cabinets may not all say EV like our main pair of sx500s but they are all updated to EV drivers. there are a couple other good sounding speakers on the market but they tend to draw more power to make the same amount of sound that we gt from the EV systems we have.We dont understand why soo many karaoke shows and DJs use cheap speakers, even if you have everything else right and plug in a set of "ok" speakers all you will get is "ok" sound. "Ok" is not good enough!! Demand the best Nothing less than Super will do!

One of the most over looked aspects of sound is cables. You wouldn't want your local fire truck to use garden hose to put out a house fire would you?? thre are a milion different high teck reasons that we will never buy another microphone or speaker cable again, but there complete confidence in there product shuld be enough to sell most anyone. Monster has a warranty on all there pro audio cords that allows ANYONE to take A damaged monster cable into ANY monster retailer and exchange it without a single question asked. Salesmen have told me that i can use it as a tow rope and bring it in for no question replacement. Im told that Monster doesnt give free cords to national acts like many companys do for endorsements, Yet MANY top name musicians insist on Monster cables even when they could have the other brand free! Monster cables are not cheap but we have no question they are the best cables in the world!
